Build our environment system according to ISO14000

We build our environment system according to the requirement of ISO14000, pass the continuous assessment and have the certificate continuously. We also adopt the best practice of environment protection in the leading organization around the world.

Take initiative to protect the environment from material selection to production processes.
We take initiative to protect the environment in material selection and production processes. We refuse to use the material containing harmful chemicals and minimize the waste of resources. For example, use inorganic materials to replace organic materials such as un-renewable petroleum by-products, use the exhaust gas of Sulfuration for the refrigeration at the office and in the production, recycle the water used in the whole company, and treat the exhaust gas with the activated carbon before emission.

Keep developing energy-saving and low-noise tires to reduce the impact to the environment.
SCTR keeps developing tires of saving energy and tires with low noise so that we can reduce the impact to the environment. During the design of the tires we do the simulation analysis and optimization to pattern noise, and maximize the reduction of pattern noise. Also we do the finite element mechanics analysis to the tire profile and material distribution, and this makes the stress of tire to distribute equally and reasonably. Thus the rolling resistance can be reduced and energy saving can be realized. All our radial tires pass a series of testing from the European Union; they are the testing of noise level, wet and slipperiness and rolling resistance. And the performance is world class level with no difference to products of other well-known international brands.

Committed to developing and manufacturing safe products with higher performance
We are committed to developing and manufacturing new products to improve safety performance, run-flat tires and snow tires are good examples.

Use fewer raw materials to produce standard or even better performance products.
We always try to save the raw materials, fewer raw materials are used but the products still meet the performance standard or even have better performance. Our technologies of tubeless tire, flattering and lightening are in the cutting edge position in the world. So far we have developed 25 series of low aspect ratio tires for passenger car, and the 425/65R22.5, 385/55R22.5 wide-base tires that can realize the replacement of dual tires with one. In this way we can improve the product performance and reduce the use of raw material in a large scale. The weight of our tires continuously keeps low. Comparing with tires of other international brands the weight of our tire is about 5% less but the lifetime is longer and the rolling resistance is less.
