Our quality policy is "Continuous Improvement, Quality First". Quality management of SCTR meets the international level. We pass assessment from different authorities and gained the certificates of quality and environment system.

Total Process Control

SCTR builds the quality system according to ISO/TS16949 and pass the assessment by TUV. Quality control are gone through all the processes related to products manufacturing and delivery, includes but not limited to raw material receiving, manufacturing, testing, storage, handling and delivery, and this covers the information tracking.

Our quality management system meets the related requirements recognized around the world; also our products pass the resting and verification from Chinese and international authorities.These kinds of assessment can help us to build sound manufacturing system and manage it systematically and scientifically.

Advanced Product Testing

We not only do the conventional testing of Dynamic Balancing, Uniformity, Bead Unseating Resistance, Pressure of Wearing Strength, Durability and High-speed Performance but also do some exceptional advanced testing of the industry such as Cross-section Scanning Analysis, 5-Axle Rigid Analysis, Pressure Distribution Testing, Tire Static Load Test and Blasting Test.

Through load and unload tests we analysis the shape of the tires, project area, contact patch, the change of different rigid and torque, design and do the optimization with our products. In this way we can ensure that the tries have better performance in high speed, controlling, braking, safety and durability, and comfort.
